Our GolfSafe has been specifically designed
to provide personal liability cover of golfers i.e. his/her
legal liability to pay compensation for bodily injury to or
damage to the property of a third party whilst playing golf
in a golf course. |

| In addition to it, GolfSafe also provide covers for: |

Loss of or damge to golfing equipment including
golf bags, golf balls, golf trolley whilst in transit
to or from or whilst at any recognised golf club and
personal effects including wearing apparel while such
property is contained within any recognised golf club
but accident or misadventure. |

Cost of hospitality in
the Clubhouse in the event of the golfer “holing
out in one” provided the feat is properly witnessed
in accordance with the practice of the Club where the
game was being played. The cover extends to include
the third shot from the tee where the first shot is
unplayable/lost and the second shot forms the penalty
incurred.

Death; total loss/loss
of use or total paralysis of one or more limbs and
total loss of sight in one or both eyes sustained by
the golfer caused solely and directly by violent, accidental,
external and visible means whilst on any golf course
as a player.

Daily hospitalization
benefit if the golfer is confined in a hospital as
a resident in-patient for treatment of bodily injury
sustained whilst on any golf course as a player.

| Personal Liability |
Rp.50,000,000 combined single limit bodily injury
and property damage each occurrence and in the aggregate during
the Policy Period, including defense costs. |
| Golfing Equipment and Personal Effects |
Rp.1,000,000 per article and Rp.5,000,000 in aggregate in
excess of Rp.250,000 each and every claim. |
| Cost of Hospitality in the Club House for Hole in
One |

| Personal Accident |
Rp.5,000,000 |
| Hospital Cash Benefits – in-patient treatment
of bodily injury sustained whilst playing golf, excluding pre-existing

All golfers of age 16 up to 65 years old. Maximum 2 policies
can be issued to the same Golfer.
