This insurance has been
designed to protect you as a doctor, from a claim made against
you which you will become legally liable to pay as damages
for loss arising out of bodily injury caused by an incident
as a result of conducting your profession and medical practice.
In addition to damages, you will also be indemnified for
sums which you shall pay as claims expenses with respect
to any claim seeking such damages.
