Physical loss of or damage to your goods in transit
in the course of collection and delivery by you or any
of your employees. |

Loss of or damage to Trade Contents other than deeds,
non-negotiable documents, personal effects and sanitary
ware, whilst such Trade Contents are temporarily removed
from the Shop Premises (but still within Republic of Indonesia)
for cleaning, renovation, repair or other similar purposes. |

Cost of removal of debris from the Business Premises
following loss of or damage to the Trade Contents, provided
that the loss or damage necessitating the removal of such
debris is covered under Section I. |

Charges of professional accountants up necessarily and
reasonably incurred for producing information required
by us for the purpose of dealing with a business interruption
loss. |

Increase in Cost of Working resulting from the interruption
of business caused by the loss of or damage to property
in the vicinity of your shop premises which prevents or
hinders the use of the premises. |

Increase in Cost of Working as a result of murder, suicide,
infectious or contagious disease, food or drink poisoning
or contamination, and closure by a competent authority
due to vermin or pests all occurring on your shop premises. |
|
Increase in Cost of Working resulting from interruption
of or interference with the Business as a result of damage
to property at any land based premises of a public utility
undertaking which provides your shop premises with electricity,
gas, water and telecommunication services. |
